The Mentors/Trainers

Schooling & Written Exam Preparation Faculty: are dedicated and Experienced faculty members lay special emphasis on academics as well as improvement of officers like Qualities (OLQ's) in the candidates, give them first hand information's about the various written test's and how to prepare well to face the SSB with full confidence so that candidate is selected as commissioned officer in Indian Defence Forces.

The SSB Faculty : are group of qualified senior Army/Navy/Air Force Officers who have been Interviewing Officer (10), Group Testing Officer (GTO) and the Psychologist are all trained professionals at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) New Delhi under MOD. Interactive sessions with the candidates are held during 2 weeks of training whereby the weak & strong traits of a candidate are discussed and feedback by our team for corrective follow up to improve upon weak areas.
